Part of the charm of reading a Neal Stephenson book is the nerve damage you get holding it up for 2 months. Just not the same on the iPad.

As an allegory for the triumph of empiricism over True Belief, it kind of fizzled, but as a crafty piece of filmmaking, Moneyball killed it.
